Good looking, talented family hatchbacks that are functional but fun. Three door Fiat Bravo has a sporty character and holds its value better on the used market. Brava is the practical choice for families, with five door access and more room in the back. Both are modern and fairly reliable, but prices are surprisingly affordable. The range was improved and re-badged in early 1999, knocking the used value of earlier cars hard. |

This radical new Fiat mini-MPV comes with a choice of two different engines: the petrol 1.6 16v and the 1.9 JTD direct injection turbo diesel, both the perfect mix of high performance, low fuel consumption, exceptional reliability, simple maintenance and respect for the environment. The completely modular six-seater allows six people to sit in comfort in their own individual seats. The front and rear central seat backs can be folded flat and used as tables with integrated cup holders. The easily removable rear seats are light and offer a number of configurations with their folding and tilting mechanism |

The sporty 3 door Fiat boasts contemporary dynamic styling, both at the front and
rear of the car providing a striking exterior profile.
The 5 door is stylish and elegant and conveys a strong sense of space and compactness. Its small size makes the Punto extremely maneuverable but it still has room inside for five adults |

Stilo replaced the Fiat Bravo/Brava range.
The three-door car is overtly sporty and even comes in 170bhp Abarth trim. The five-door version is more family-orientated, with better rear access and legroom. |

The final generation Escort is more accomplished than earlier cars to carry the name, with ride and reliability up to 1990s standards. It's a practical, undemanding choice for the family motorist, but lacks the feeling of quality and downright driving pleasure of the Focus that replaced it . |

Fiesta has gone up market with posh interiors and lots of standard
equipment.
An engaging driver’s car that continues the Fiesta's reputation for fine handling. At its best in three-door 1.6 form, though the 1.4 diesel is fun and frugal. |

It's a Fiesta with more headroom and luggage space.
Which, considering that lack of luggage space is the current Fiesta's biggest failing, seems to be a very good thing indeed. |

Commanding driving position with good all-round visibility
Wind noise on the motorway is minimal and road noise is not a problem. Will tick most of the boxes for most buyers, with air-con, electric windows and power steering standard on most models |

favorite with used car buyers.
The original 1993 models were a bit dull to look at, with shortfalls in the ride and gear change departments |

Santa-fe

The santa Fe is still quite big and handles the family well.
Feel very safe in the car due to the build and brakes. The car has ABS as well as sensors which apply the brakes evenly on every wheel. This keeps it straight when braking. |
